About Guest Services
Our Guest Services Team provides hospitality to our guests and attendees. We welcome everyone with a smile as they enter the building. We are here to offer a cup of coffee, answer questions and provide guidance to guests unfamiliar with our campus. Our goal is to help people make friends, engage with our church and take the next step on their faith journey.
Positions Available:
Greeter: Greeters stand outside or at the outside doors. They open doors and greet people with a smile as they walk in.
Connector: The connector hangs out in the lobby meeting people, looking for opportunities to connect people to the church and help them make friends. If you love to meet new people, this would be a great fit for you.
Coffee Host: The coffee host makes the coffee for attendees in the morning and keeps the coffee bar stocked with supplies on a Sunday morning.
Check-in: Check-in team members greet parents and their kids and get them checked in to participate in our Kids Ministry programming. This is an important first step in our safety protocol for families.
Security: Our security team is stationed near the check-in/kids hallway area and ensures that the only people entering the kids hallway are parents or volunteers who are working with kids. They are also trained to assist in case of an emergency.
